We Are Energy and Body

I believe that our existence is a blend of energy and body, two interconnected forces working in harmony to sustain life. While we are alive, these two systems collaborate to keep us moving, thinking, and thriving. However, when the body can no longer sustain the flow of energy, the connection is severed. What happens to that energy then? This is where my theory begins.

Balancing Energy: The Role of Chakras

To function at our best, the energy within us must flow freely, which is where chakra balancing comes in. The chakras are the body’s energy centers, and when they are in alignment, our energy and body work together at maximum potential.

You can also attract extra energy to yourself through practices like:

  • Qigong: An ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate life force energy.

  • Reiki: A form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and restores energetic balance.

  • Tai Chi: A gentle martial art that enhances the flow of energy within the body.

  • Meditation and Visualization: Techniques to focus and amplify energy within.

What Happens When the Body Stops?

When the heart stops long enough that the body can no longer sustain energy, I believe our energy leaves the body. At this point, it becomes a free-floating orb, capable of moving between dimensions.

Imagine closing your eyes and feeling like you have no physical body—just awareness and presence. This orb-like existence could feel similar. Certain substances, like magic mushrooms, may give a glimpse of this experience, though they come with risks and should only be used with caution and respect for your mind and body.

Near-Death Experiences (NDEs): A Glimpse Beyond

Near-death experiences occur when the body temporarily loses its energetic connection. When people report seeing doctors working on them or describe floating above their bodies, it’s because their energy has begun to detach. In this state, their awareness—what we might call their "energy self"—can still observe the physical world.

I theorize that as long as the energy remains tethered to the body, even by a faint "energetic trail," a person can return if their body is revived and energy flow is restored.

The Timeless Nature of the Orb State

Once energy becomes an orb, it enters a timeless realm. This might explain why, even if someone has been reincarnated, we can still connect with an "old version" of their energy. In this state, time, as we understand it, does not apply. Perhaps part of their energy "nips off" to visit loved ones, or maybe energy exists in multiple places simultaneously.

Spirit guides and energies tell us that we carry the same personality traits across lifetimes. Each reincarnation brings a new life experience, but the core essence of who we are—our quirks, preferences, and character—remains consistent. This continuity suggests that every lifetime is an opportunity to refine, grow, and explore while staying true to our authentic self.

Once we pass into the orb state, we become the very best version of ourselves. Having had the chance to reflect, energies are free of ego and the constraints of the physical body. This state of awareness allows them to see both the good and bad they did in life, offering clarity, healing, and understanding.

Dolores Cannon, a renowned hypnotherapist, theorised that reincarnation isn’t limited to humans. We can choose to reincarnate as anything that has energy—a rock, a plant, an animal, a human, or even an alien! This flexibility reflects the infinite nature of energy and the boundless possibilities available to our consciousness.

The orb state isn't an end but a transition, a timeless resting place where energies can connect, reflect, and decide their next journey. This could explain why spirits and energies feel so familiar, even if they have moved on or reincarnated. They are still themselves—only freer, wiser, and more evolved.

Pets and Mediumship

Pets have come through during my mediumship readings. While I didn’t always realize they were pets initially, the images I received (like charades) helped my clients identify them. These experiences remind us of the profound love and connection we share with animals, even after they pass.

Messages from the Spirit World

When I connect with the spirit world, I’ve noticed a hierarchy of sorts. I can’t summon specific spirits on command. Instead, those with the most urgent or important messages come through first. This often includes loved ones or even individuals my clients didn’t get along with in life, seeking to make amends.

How Orbs Manifest

Orbs, or spirit energies, often use subtle yet powerful ways to influence their surroundings and communicate with the living. These manifestations can be both physical and energetic. They often:

  • Drop the temperature in the space they are trying to manifest, creating a noticeable chill. (I've witnessed this multiple times)

  • Attempt to communicate through touch, movement, or by appearing as shadows or their old form.

  • Guide your attention to specific times by influencing you to look at the clock, often showing angel numbers like 11:11 or 333 to convey messages of guidance and reassurance.

  • Change the radio or playlist to a song they liked, or one with lyrics that carry a meaningful message for you.

  • Fluctuate electrical items, such as flickering lights, turning devices on or off, or interfering with electronics as a way to announce their presence.

These manifestations are often subtle and personal, designed to catch your attention and remind you of their connection. While they may seem startling, they are rarely intended to frighten—more often, they serve as gentle reminders of love, guidance, or their ongoing presence in your life.

By paying attention to these signs, you can start to recognise the unique ways orbs or spirits communicate with you, strengthening the bond between the physical and energetic worlds.

Types of Ghosts

I believe there are two main types of ghostly phenomena:

  1. Residual Energy (Imprints):

    • These are not spirits but energetic recordings, like a playback loop of past events.

    • Often found in areas with high mineral concentrations, such as copper, quartz, or other conductive materials, which may help store this energy.

  2. Interactive Ghosts (Orbs):

    • These are spirits actively trying to communicate. They might be family members, pets, or people connected to a specific location.

    • Abandoned sites are often "haunted" because orbs are experimenting with their new abilities, trying to interact with the world they left behind.

Misunderstanding Hauntings

Many hauntings are misunderstood. Most spirits don’t carry bad intentions—they are simply trying to connect. Our fear of the unknown can make these encounters terrifying. Since learning mediumship, I’ve found I’m more afraid of the living than the dead. After all, a broken nose taught me how unpredictable the living can be, while the dead simply seek connection or closure.

The Beauty of the Unknown

This theory is a work in progress, as all explorations of the unknown are. Whether or not you believe in spirit guides, energy, or orbs, I hope this inspires curiosity about the incredible interplay between life, death, and the energy that binds it all together. -Ang x
